Wildlife" achieves ISO certification in quality management
The National Center for Wildlife has successfully obtained ISO 9001:2015 certification, in recognition of its efforts to implement quality standards endorsed by the International Organization for Standardization (ISO) and associated with improving the quality of services provided by the center. The International Organization for Standardization awards its certification based on the application of management systems and the achievement of excellence in performance and service quality by various entities and organizations. The Quality Management System is a global system aimed at applying multiple standards and using them as a tool for organizational development through a set of procedures and processes that revolve around achieving the quality policy and its objectives.
Through obtaining this quality certification, the center aims to apply the highest quality standards, promote continuous improvement, ensure the quality of processes, and maintain ongoing monitoring to meet quality standards in all administrative services. This serves to enhance administrative performance and secure international recognition for the effectiveness of their quality management system.
